  • 11063: Intermediate English (6 hr/wk)
    Course Objectives: This course is designed to help students close gaps and build confidence in reading, listening, speaking and writing skills in English. In addition, the course is also designed to encourage students to develop critical thinking skills and to work collaboratively.
  • 11064: Advanced 1 English (4 hr/wk)
    Course Objectives: The course will provide the student with the ability to independently read academic texts in English, and present the content studied in writing and orally.
  • 11057-11061: Advanced 2 English (4 hr/wk, 2 Credits)
    Course Objectives: This course is designed to help students develop reading, listening, speaking and writing skills in English. In addition, the course is designed to encourage students to develop critical thinking skills and to work collaboratively. Completion of this course constitutes achievement of the English exemption.
  • 11068-11069: Applied Technical English (2 hr/wk, 1 Credit)
    Course Objectives: This course is designed to help students apply the language knowledge acquired in their previous English studies. In addition, the course aims to develop presentation and discussion skills, as well as collaborative and critical thinking skills. The course will offer students unique opportunities to develop self-confidence when communicating in the foreign language.
